Return & Exchange

Returns and exchanges are only applicable to damaged goods from the factory, defects arising from the manufacturing process, minor identified defects, and delivery errors.

Complaints must be made within 7 working days from the day the customer receives the package (if purchased through an online platform). Any complaints made after this period will not be accepted. Responses to complaints will be processed within 48 hours.

Items must be in an unwashed, unaltered and unworn condition. Shipping cost for the return will be borne by the customer.

Friendly reminder, NO cash balance will be refunded. 

However, customers are advised to notify us at support@reyqaexclusive.com by quoting the order number and the product details.

Sale items and purchases made with discount coupons are non-returnable. 

We will not entertain any requests to exchange colors, sizes, or different collections.
